This is such an encouraging story. It makes me think of the book, “Eternity in Their Hearts.” I pray that God would use Martin and Agus to reach these people and that He would open their eyes to the truth of the fulfillment of their legend.

I am so touched by this story. As I read it I had goose bumps too and just knew the moment I saw the words “That one day a foreigner with white skin will come to our village and reveal something precious to us,” that it was the gospel that was to be revealed and that it was divine providence that ‘Michael Martin’ was sitting there. God bless him and the organizations and churches that are supporting this people group. My heart is overjoyed to hear this story! So many people are being reached. Christ is so ACTIVE! I’ll be praying for other missionaries to go there, for more of this people group to hear and accept the gospel message and ask Christ into their lives.

we are encouraging every group and individual in our church to adopt a people group and have been sharing information about such (with some success). most of our church body do not use the internet so won’t see or hear the story about the Sayang and Martin.
