Here’s how to submit your photo:

1. Please include the theme “Summer Mission Trip” in the subject line of your message and email to contact@asiastories.com.

2. Include your name, church name, hometown and state.

3. Every photo needs a caption to tell us a little more about what you did. In this written caption include: who, what, where and when. That should be enough but the more details you give us, the better chance of being selected. (Hint! Hint!)

4. Files should be sent as JPEGs. They shouldn’t be larger than 5Mb, ideally around 1Mb is fine, or you can resize your pictures to be 2,000 x 1,333 pixels for horizontals or if it’s a vertical, then 1,333 x 2,000 pixels height.

Want to submit a photo but you traveled to a “security” area? No problem. We deal with this everyday. Simply follow guidelines personnel on the field set up with your team. By telling us what country, we will know how to handle the caption and photo according to the “security” for that area of the world. It’s really that easy!

The copyright to these photos are retained by each photographer. No photos in this contest may be used without the photographer’s permission. By sending in your photo, you give us permission to use it in this contest.
